Welcome to AXIS CUBA SERVICES. By using our website and booking our medical tourism and hospitality services in Cuba, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before making any reservations.
1. Purpose of the service
Our agency acts as an intermediary in organizing medical trips to Cuba, facilitating:

Coordination of appointments and treatments at Cuban health institutions.

Logistical assistance during the stay (transfers, guidance, and patient support).

Reservations for accommodations in authorized private homes.
2. Scope and limitations

- The agency is not a medical center or a health service provider.

- Responsibility for the quality and results of treatments rests exclusively with the medical institutions and health professionals in Cuba.

- Our role is to manage, coordinate, and facilitate access to these services, ensuring support and organization during the trip.
3. Reservations and payments

- To confirm a reservation, the client must complete the corresponding form and pay 35% of the total cost in advance.

- Payment can be made by bank transfer, VISA, MASTERCARD, payment gateways such as PayPal, and/or any other payment method previously agreed upon with the agency.

- The outstanding balance must be paid before the start of the trip, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations and refunds

- Cancellations notified at least 5 days in advance will be eligible for a partial refund (excluding administrative and management fees).

- Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance will not be refundable, except for duly justified reasons of force majeure.

- If the medical or lodging service is canceled by the provider in Cuba, the agency undertakes to arrange alternatives or the corresponding refund.
5. Customer Responsibility
The client is responsible for:

- Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking, especially regarding your medical history.

- Have the necessary immigration documentation (valid passport, tourist or medical visa, travel insurance, etc.).

- Respect the rules of coexistence and internal regulations of private homes and medical centers.
6. Agency liability
Our agency is committed to:

- Ensure transparent coordination of contracted services.

- Provide support and basic assistance in case of unforeseen events.

- Protect personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Service modifications
The agency reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary, accommodations, or assigned medical center in the event of causes beyond our control (availability, regulatory changes, emergencies). In these cases, equivalent or superior alternatives will always be offered.
8. Applicable jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Haiti and Cuba, where the agency is registered. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in those territories.
